We consider speed enhancements to our applications to be one of our top priorities. We are constantly pushing our development team to design ways to make our applications run faster. Our customers demand that we come up with innovative ways to increase productivity for users and we know that speed improvements can dramatically increase those productivity levels.

Please note that on February 16 and 17, routine maintenance will be performed on our email hosting system. Minor changes to some components of the inbound mail routing, as well as other changes to some SMTP servers will be made. Neither of those changes should result in any interruption of service.

We acknowledge that there is always the possibility for unintended consequences therefore we include maintenance events that have no planned customer impact. We also believe that helping our customers understand what we do in the data center is beneficial for them and good for our relationship.

We have uploaded Webmail Version 6.5 this week for our customers. Thanks to major changes in the backend design of certain features, customers will notice increased speed throughout webmail—especially when logging in and when launching the Compose window. Many customers have already contacted us to say they’ve noticed the improvement!

PLEASE NOTE: Saturday afternoon, October 6th we have a scheduled maintenance for the webmail portion of our email hosting system. This maintenance will include the upgrade to our 6.5 version of webmail which will allow for faster navigation,and a few enhancements to the 'compose' page. New spam filtering enhancements will also be incorporated. Mail services will not be interrupted during this upgrade.
