What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist with email support and everyday customer requests. Basically you will be the central hub of our office - keeping us all in check!
Things we're looking for:
- Love of technology
- Provide oustanding customer service
- Setup of email on multiple platforms (Android, Blackberry, Outlook, etc)
- Handling all incoming customer requests (phone/email) and routing to appropriate person
Additional things we are hoping for:
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing
- HTML Knowledge
- Experience in the web/application development industry
