Heartbleed Bug
As you may be aware, there has been a new confirmed exploit called the “Heartbleed” bug which allows an attacker to exploit the safeguards many of the most secure websites in the world use to protect their data.
We have been in contact with our vendors and have ensured that our systems are fully patched and secure. There is no evidence of any attempts against our systems, however we feel as a safeguard, you should change your password, especially if you have the same password shared across multiple sites. To change your password, you will need to do the following:
- Go to http://webmail.wisnet.com and log into your email.
- In the upper right hand corner, click the three horizontal bars and select Settings.
- On the left, you will see the Change Password option. Select it.
- You will be asked to enter your old password and your new password twice. Click Change
